I had the best experience at Auto City. It was an absolute pleasure working with Alex Serpas—he exceeded all my expectations and made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and with zero pressure. I came in to help my brother find his dream truck, and Alex made it happen. We drove over two hours to get there, and even though we were a bit nervous at first, Alex guided us every step of the way. He walked us through the process with ease, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He is disrespectful and has no customer service skills should be fired immediately. He will argue with you and call back your personal number back to argue some more!!! Terminate him immediately
