10/10 bought my jeep today loved the costumer service and honestly easy buy first time buyer

DO NOT TRANSACT WITH THIS COMPANY WITHOUT CHECKING YELP I would be very careful doing business with Auto City Fresno. They pulled my credit during a vehicle deal, and when I asked for info about the report they pulled, I got resistance instead of a simple answer. For something as serious as your credit and personal info, that didnt sit right with me. After that I started reading other reviews, and I saw the same kind of complaints over and over. Bad communication, rude or unprofessional treatment, people saying they were told one thing and then something different happened later. Some reviews go back years. My experience is my own, but it made me question how this place does business. If you go here, get everything in writing, save your paperwork, and check your credit after. I personally would not recommend them.
