I had a great experience buying my car here with the help of Rudy. From the star he was transparent about the pricing with no hidden dealer markups. The test drive was thorough, and he didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics. In the finance office clearly walked me through the paperwork without rushing me. My fiance came to look at a car he saw online, from the very moment we stepped onto the property we were greeted and the hospitality they provided from then till we left was amazing. The process of getting the car went very smooth and the gentleman that helped was honest and very helpful with our decision.

The employees that work here drive way too fast in their car. One of them almost hit me on my street bike and didn't even bother to apologize, slow down or change his behavior because he did exactly the same The next day. I stopped by the entrance to see what the problem was. And it looks as though he was just late to work. So he decided to make it up by going excessively fast. If that's how they behave in their personal life, I can't imagine how they are in their business life.

DO NOT TRANSACT WITH THIS COMPANY WITHOUT CHECKING YELP I would be very careful doing business with Auto City Fresno. They pulled my credit during a vehicle deal, and when I asked for info about the report they pulled, I got resistance instead of a simple answer. For something as serious as your credit and personal info, that didnt sit right with me. After that I started reading other reviews, and I saw the same kind of complaints over and over. Bad communication, rude or unprofessional treatment, people saying they were told one thing and then something different happened later. Some reviews go back years. My experience is my own, but it made me question how this place does business. If you go here, get everything in writing, save your paperwork, and check your credit after. I personally would not recommend them.
